John Tallarido has been a licensed attorney in Florida since 2005. He has also been licensed in Michigan since 2002. Prior to becoming an attorney John attained his Masters of Social Work from Rutgers University in New Jersey in 1993. John has been practicing immigration law since 2007. He has assisted many clients in realizing their American dream through a variety of immigration avenues. John thoroughly enjoys helping others who wish to get their Work Permit, Permanent Residence and Naturalization.

With over 20 years of legal and business experience, Mrs. Johana Negron has an established reputation providing legal support in the immigration field. She manages and develops the paralegal team and oversees the preparation of legal immigration documents. Her extensive experience as an immigration paralegal preparing and processing petitions and applications before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the National Visa Center, the Department of State, the Department of Labor and the National Benefits Center, includes the handling of Treaty Trader and Investor visas (E-1 and E-2 visas), Professional employment visas (H-1B and L-1 visas) as well as O, P and Religious Based (R-1) visas.
She is also knowledgeable with preparing and processing every stage of family and employment based immigrant visa petitions including Adjustment of Status to permanent resident and for family-based cases, applications for permanent labor certification (PERM), and petitions for immigrant visas for all classifications including EB-1 extraordinary ability, EB-2 advanced degree, and EB-3 professional or skilled workers. Mrs. Negron has a sharp eye for details and she takes pride in everything she does.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Mrs. Negron is fluent in Spanish and English, and is characterized by her easygoing and kind personality. She received her Paralegal Studies Certificate from Boston University, after earning her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University. Mrs. Negron enjoys taking on challenges while assisting others.

Ms. Victoria Vera has assisted to prepare many cases for filing within the United States and at US embassies and consulates abroad. She has been involved in client immigration matters that span, family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases.

Bilingual in Spanish, she is a Legal Assistant and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Documentation and Information, at Central University of Venezuela, with a Certificate in Immigration Paralegal Services. She has many years of experience providing information to the communities as an Administrative Assistant. She utilizes her knowledge as an Immigration Paralegal, to assist clients, with the highest quality of work, demonstrating passion and professionalism.

Ms. Vera is originally from Venezuela, and as an immigrant herself, it is her goal to continue working for and helping immigrants in the United States. Ms. Vera is a dedicated advocate determined on achieving the best results for our clients.

Ms. Hargis is originally from Cali, Colombia and having gone through an immigration process herself, she is compassionate and understanding with our clients’ immigration processes. She works primarily on family-based and employment-based immigration matters, as well as nonimmigrant visas in the United States and at US Consulates and Embassies overseas.

Before earning her Immigration Paralegal Certificate in the United States, she was a Customs Lawyer in the Legal Department of the Colombian Customs Office for 25 years, after she earned a Law Degree from Universidad Santiago de Cali, Colombia. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree Ms. Hargis is committed, dedicated and has strong passion for helping immigrants. She also speaks Spanish and is proficient in English.
